INTERVENTION AREAS OF RIME COMPANY LTD

Many NGOs and some institutions or organizations have the problem of lack of funding, even if the work done is very appreciable and important. Otherwise, staff of these organizations works hard until they become victims of stress and burnout. Through analysis we did, we saw that some organizations fail to design projects that deserve to be financed, either because of lack of supporting information (baselines), lack of skills needed to develop proposals or for projects execution. In other hand, there are professionals able to execute such activities who still underexploited or even unexploited.  Through training of RIME COMPANY LTD members in different areas and their practical experience, we made available to such organizations "RIME COUMPANY LTD" in order to contribute to achievement of their objectives.

B. MISSION OF RIME COMPANY LTD

To provide a technical assistance to organizations working in psycho-social , human rights, health and development areas; and access to information based on research in psycho-social, human rights, health and development fields.

Availability of needed information for development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects in health, psycho-social, human rights and development fields and easy access to competent human resources for execution of these works.

The main objective of RIME COMPANY LTD is to provide basic information based on research and a technical assistance in formulation, execution, monitoring and evaluation of projects.

B.FIELD OF HEALTH

World Health Organization (WHO) defined health as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity" (WHO, 1948). The contribution of RIME COMPANY LTD in health sector is collaboration with different partners in preparation of projects, their implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Research, trainings and information sharing are also activities through which RIME COMPANY LTD contributes on health promotion.

C.FIELD OF HUMAN RIGHTS

From the universal declaration of human rights by UN in 1948, countries established mechanisms and protocols which must contribute on human rights protection and promotion. It is very important to know principles of human rights, protocols and mechanisms of protection of human rights, laws and policies established in order to protect or promote human rights (Read theUniversal Declaration of Human Rights).

The intervention of RIME COMPANY LTD in this area is sharing of skills related to human rights and laws, trainings and legal aid (collaboration with competent individuals, organizations, or institutions). The collaboration with organizations protecting or promoting human rights through research, projects design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation is our priority.

D.DEVELOPMENT AREA

Economic development refers to the sustained, concerted actions of policy makers and communities that promote the standard of living and economic health of a society. Economic development differs from economic growth which is one aspect of the process of economic development (Sen, A., 1983).

For achieving sustainable development, there is a need of many stakeholders. In collaboration with private or public institutions, organizations, NGOs, etc., RIME COMPANY LTD contributes on policy making, action plans, design and implementation of projects aimed to socio-economic development.

E.SCIENCES, TECHNOLOGY AND ICT

Applied sciences, technology, and ICT are important tools for achieving sustainable development. Particularly, these skills contribute on facilitation of planing and managegement activities. However, some managers and development stakeholders have not yet discovered this secret. One of our objectives is to sensitize, to endear and to make benefit from these skills (sciences, technology and ICT) to our partners. We initiate individuals, institutions and organizations on how internet can contribute on achievement of their objectives. A technical assistance is given once needed: website design and management, trainings, etc.

1. Narcisse NTAWIGENERA

He is a holder of a Master's degree in Public Health and a bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology.

He has a considerable experience in preparation and implementation of projects aimed to fight against gender based violence (GBV), HIV/AIDS, poverty and to promote human rights. He has a practical experience in prevention and management of conflicts, counseling and psychosocial reintegration of vulnerable persons, especially Persons Living with HIV, OVC and marginalized women. From 2005, he worked in different trauma healing projects in Rwanda, as a mental health specialist (psychologist).

Narcisse Ntawigenera is founder and Managing Director of RIME COMPANY LTD.

2. Dr Emmanuel NGOMIRARONKA

Health Professional and Researcher, Dr Emmanuel NGOMIRARONKA is a specialist in Medical Physiology, with specialization in Diabetes(PhD Candidate). He is Phisician by profession and Lecturer in various universities.

For RIME COMPANY LTD, Dr. Emmanuel NGOMIRARONKA is in charge of research, health education, and other consultancy activities, especially in Health area.

3. Mme Denise AMAHIRWE

Clinical psychologist (Bachelor's degree), Denyse Amahirwe is specialist in Human Rights field: she is prearing a thesis in this area.

Denyse Amahirwe has a particular expertise in preparation, implementation and supervision of projects aimed to promote human rights and advocacy, gender equality and to fight against gender based violence (GBV).

Particularly, Denyse Amahirwe is in charge of research and documentation in RIME COMPANY LTD.

4. Ir. JMV. HAVUGIMANA

ICT specialist (Bachelor's degree), J.M.V. Havugimana is a competent, experienced and a committed Engineer to promote ICT. He is in charge of supervision of ICT activities in RIME COMPANY LTD.

5. Viateur BIZIMANA

Journalist by profession (Bachelor's degree),Viateur Biziman is devoted to social communication. He is in charge of information, communication, Public relations and advertisement in RIME COMPANY LTD.
